It seems to me women are making their decisions based on ethnicity/height/money. I haven’t had much luck with online dating. I am getting cynical and giving up hope. I am not looking for any particular type of ethnicity – just whoever I find attractive and has a decent job with a college education, like me.

Some of my female friends just entered the world of online dating, and they always ask questions about the messages they receive. For instance, they try to figure out a person by the length of their messages. For instance, if a guy sends a long response, then my friends will think that he’s probably desperate, of if the guy sends a short message, then he’s probably chatting/talking to a lot of women, etc.

This is ridiculous. Why not just find someone who you’re interested in (or could be interested in) and just go with the flow, instead of trying figure everything out before anything happens?

I am dating a guy and it’s getting pretty serious. He’s recently divorced. I have not been able to get over the stupid need to see what his X-wife looks like. Since day 1, I just really really wanted to know if she was prettier than me or not. I know it’s stupid. So I was on his computer and I went through his photo albums to see a bunch of photos of his X. Now I’m feeling guilty for snooping. Was this wrong to do? It’s not like I was going to ask him to see a pic of her.

I am dating someone who I just cannot seem to cope with. He is so rude to me all of the time and I wish that I din’t have to see him anymore. Right now he is in jailand he is just making my life so difficult and uncomfortable. I am having a very hard time getting away from him and I dread every minute that I am around him.
