So is it wierd to fall for someone after only talking to them online a few times? Me and this guy have been talking for only a few weeks and I feel like we have know each other for years. I know this happens in person, but online? Now I have never done the whole online dating thing…. so should I pursue it or just leave it as is?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 4 months. We are both 15. I see him in school, and we both play tennis, so sometimes we walk home together after tennis. We usually talk around 8 at night, everynight, also. Til 10-11. He mentioned maybe having to stop talking to me after school, due to his parents not wanting him on the computer. I got mad, because I want to say goodnight to him. Is that bad?

I was just thinking that I would be better to have it being day time so that it is more relaxing and casual especially when meeting someone you don’t really know. Also can be easy to end the date fast if it is a crazy person.

This is the first time I’ve met someone online.

So I hear that online, Indian men are often the most rejected of all men, even more rejected than Asian men.

My area lacks diversity, most girls are Black and I am not that into Black girls. I like Latinas, Asian girls, and basically ethnic girls (if you catch what I am saying). People push me into going for online dating but I read articles saying Indian men (India) are the most rejected.

Can anyone inform me on this and is it a good idea for me to stay away from it?

I was procrastinating and on the computer. I was snooping and viewing an online dating site out of curiosity to see if I knew anyone. But then I saw a guy that caught my eye. He sounds like a sweet guy. His personality and interested matched mine closely. Only he appeared almost too "honest," desperate almost. He said he was trying online dating because he hasn’t had a meaningful relationship. When asked about his perfect date, he said he’s never been on one.

Thinking it might be a fake profile, I looked around for him on Facebook. I found him and am pretty sure it’s a "real" profile. If he was making a fake online dating identity, I don’t think he would have so many Facebook friends, or even a Facebook profile.

Hmmm…I kind of want to talk to him. But then that makes me look kind of desperate as well going on an online dating site. We’re the same age in college. I don’t out much to bars or parties because I run track. I’m busy with practice, competitions, and schoolwork so I don’t have a lot of time to go out and socialize to meet new people. Really, online dating would be practical for me. I’ve heard and am aware of the dangers. I’m a third degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do with a background in boxing so I’m a bit better suited than your average college girl

My boyfriend still has pictures of him and his ex-girlfriend making out naked in bed on his computer. We’ve been seriously dating for about a year now.
