How do I get my computer to go back to how it was last week.Is there anyway I can go back to last weeks date?

I messed up my computer settings and want it to go back to yesterdays settings.How do I do this??

	in your windows control panel there will be a system restore program. u can reset the date to when yu want and it doesnt mess up any thing though. its easy to do and explains it step by step
