I am already in my late twenties living in such a meat market as Los Angeles is! I think is a challenge to meet god men here and decided to give online dating a try. I posted an ad in Craigslist but Ive been disappointed with the guys Ive met. Either they are not single, broke, or not my type. Do you guys think its the website that I am using? Can anyone give tell me a success story from this site?
I’ve never heard of a success story off craigslist. I’d suggest try a more established dating website. As they’ll be able to screen and filter out the garbage.
Craigslist is DEFINITELY NOT the website to go to if you’re looking to meet normal people!

I agree about Craigslist it is not a good place to meet someone at all. If you want to meet someone a paid dating site is the best. You can take a trial and see if you like it before you pay, so there is nothing to lose. Try this one http://www.itsrainingmates.com it’s very good. I have found that on the free sites there are a lot of trolls, and married and broke men. When it comes down to getting serious and wanting to meet someone those kinds of men won’t pull out the credit card or spend any money, so that weeds out a lot of that. Still have to be careful anywhere, in person, online, any dating site, but there are more serious men on pd sites. I have not personally heard of any success stories with Craigslist, only bad things, but I have heard plenty and know plenty of people who found their spouses and partners online on dating sites.
